Hey Petey!
Great to hear from you...yep, you are on target my friend...Kinda figured that the Kirin head adds a little attitude to the piece. Now, is that such a bad deal?
This is a new 120mm Verlinden figure, it's not released yet, but I think it will be offered next month. Sweet kit bro!

Thanks Guy and Robin...
The tri-color DCUs are definately a challenge...I talked with Bob Knee, Jr. and he suggested a warm kahaki wash on the DCUs once done will help...so, I'll post another pic once I get that wash done on the pants and see what you think...
Hope all is well...

Hey Patrick, you've got a great helper giving you advice.......have known Bob for years.........tell him I said hello (y)

Hey Patrick!

The camo is turning out great! I did some 3 color DCU camo on a helmet cover, its a neat pattern to paint. You did great on the woodland, thats one hard camo to paint convincingly.

You know when the kit will be released?

Patrick,

You are doing such a nice job it almost has me thinking of getting a 120 mm figure! I look forward to seeing him completed. Again great work! (y)

Guy,
Certainly will...
Bob is a dear friend and my closest mentor...couldn't achieve without his patience and help...what a great artist.
Hope all is well...

Anders and Joe,
Thanks for the kind words...the DCU pattern is a real challenge to say the least!

I believe Francios will release this one either in April or May...I really like this piece since its pose is more flowing than the one released last month. I have that one, too, but thought that this figger was a lil more appealing especially with a Kirin head...

Joe,
I double dog dare ya my friend...

Patrick

Thanks a lot Jim...
It's a great bust...hoping to finish him up this weekend...
Take care; all the best
