Hi all, as requested a little more from my bench, I was completely taken by his pose and Calvin’s box art.
But me being me it’s such a neat figure I wanted a twist, the fighting in the Ardennes was fierce so the uniform would look fairly worn so I hoped to give a tired look and also when painting the face I wanted to give the impression his tank and he had taken a hit, so some cuts and a little bruising was added.
The face is all artist oils and the rest Humbrols.
As per iPhone pictures do not the best.
