Rompy; I've been working on that issue for a while now (in my head) and I plan to do a bit of carving and re-sculpting to try and correct it.

Nearly finished the face and helmet...
I've purchased some lovely Type 24 grenades from Steve over at Reedees and will be looking to incorporate at least one into the pose. I may have to purchase his K98 too looking at the photo above...

Looking good Dave, the model 24 will look the part added to his waist.
As for the K98 I have just cast a new version, it is far better than the one as shown on my website at present, it is available but I have yet to update the website.

70% done. I've added scratch-built pouches, re-painted the SA helmet logo, and added a model 24 grenade from Steve at Reedees Miniatures. The helmet strap utilises the ends from the MG34 (Young's Miniatures) gunner kit with some tape used to fit the contours of the face. The neckerchief is a small scrap of material.
