Passing of a friend

I am sorry to announce the passing of a good friend of mine and someone many of you knew. Roger Eggert died 2 weeks ago as the result of a motorcycle accident. Roger was a dedicted member of the DC Club, an avid miniaturist, hunter, and motorcyclist. He and I traveled to the Chicago Show several times and I always looked forward to seeing him at other shows around the country. He was a gentleman and a patriot of our country. We will miss him.

I've heard Mr. Eggert's name over the years, but never had the chance to meet him, I am sorry for your loss and that of his family.

Oh my God. I am sooo sad to hear such terrible news. I knew Roger - he was a regular at the shows: MFCA, NCNSS... He would always stop at my table and chat, and ask what's new. No show was complete until Roger stopped by. We will all miss him. My thoughts and prayers are with him and his family.

Very sad to hear Mike. Roger was a great guy. This is the second person I know that has passed while riding this year. Let's all be safe out there.
