Only from time to time brands like Pegaso produce a really nice pose, one that tells something to the viewer. This is definitely one of these moments. WELL DONE (y)

I like this a lot, but my preference was their first one.I don't really know why, but the first one catches my eye ,probably because it was less cluttered and more simplistic IMO
A bit of je ne sais quoi! but whatever floats your boat.

Sorry Steve....but IMHO...white metal just does not hold the same level of detail as resin...far more hit and miss even at the best of times...
It should not be down to the 'brushsmith' to create what isn't there.....that's old school deception...and I for one ain't that good!

Enter the **** stirrer :D I think that metal casts crisper than resin if a good quality metal mix is used , a lot of **** sticks to some of the resin casting and is difficult to remove cleanly but quality resin casting is also up there if done right .

thanks for letting me know that he is too early for the romans, I just like the idea that the roman 9th legion came up here to Scotland and disappeared, no one knows what happened to them. no survivors, nothing. as far as I know this is the only time a roman legion disappeared with no sign of battle being present.

Exceptional miniature! I forecast many painted samples in competition tables in the months to come :)
