Pegaso 75mm Secutor

Hello gents, here's my latest offering. I've decided not to do any more on him as there comes a point where you can 'over paint' a figure.
I started it earlier this year but really lost my mojo. I got the mojo back now and have finished him. If requested, I can post some WIP progress pics for the shield.
As always, any comments or queries are welcome. Especially nice ones.

I think the painting looks excellent as does the overall piece. I'm currently trying to finish 90mm Pegaso Gadiator "thraex" and I'm 95% finished and have been looking and looking how to make it more interesting because it just looks like a "poser"and very boring. I know what you're talking about when you say overpaint. It just it needs a good groundwork prop so I may have to make something as I don't think anything is available in this scale. Anyway your piece looks very good so keep up the good work.

Wayne, I know the piece you mean, a superb figure. I hope you're enjoying it. Gladiators, to my mind (I'm no expert) can leave you at a loss in terms of a base. If it's 'dead space' you're concerned with, have you considered a discarded weapon or shield?
