Hi all,

Here is a little post in reply for a very nice gesture from Pegaso.
A few weeks ago, after finding that I was missing a very small part and having a heavily bent blade from a Pegaso 90 mm samurai with Naginata bought from Chuck, I sent An email to Pietro Balloni at Pegaso. At the same time, I was missing a right arm from a 75 mm figure (i had two left arms) and asked him very kindly if he had still some of these parts in stock. It was the second time in less than a year that I had contacted them this way.
Pietro told me that he had evrything in stock and that he was going to send it to me asap.
less than a week after, I received all the missing parts, Carefully packaged. Even though I asked to send some money, he told me that it was going to be free.
I would like to thank them publicly for their kind gesture and their excellent service.
I love everything about pegaso figures and to treat your clients this way is just like icing on the cake !

Hear hear!
I had a similar situation about a year ago... I ordered the 75mm Red Lancer through The Sentry here in Toronto. It arrived at the shop on a Monday... I picked it up after work, brought it home and tore into it like a kid at christmas... ARRGGGHH!!!! No Head! I called Joe at the Sentry, he called Pegaso and Friday I had a head for my Red Lancer! No problem whatsoever.
This is a beautiful figure and probably still the favorite one in my whole collection.

Thanx to Pegaso for a great product and fantastic service.... Bravo!
