Hi All

Well after having several years lay off from painting I managed to finish my second figure this year. I decided to have a go at a few patterns and a bit of free hand heraldry to see of I could still do it. The checks were quite a challenge and I got to the point half way through when I wished I had never started, it was all worth it once finished.
Just need to push on now and get some more painting time under my belt.
This is the 54mm Pegaso Italian Knight that has been sitting in my box for several years.

Cheers
Tommi

Holy mackerel! If this is the result of taking a few years off, sign me up. You must've been pretty good b4 the time off because I'd guess you haven't missed a beat. Very well done.

In this situation you can say that painting is like riding a bicycle. You can never forget how to do it. Nicely done Tommi, I wait to see more of your work soon.

Thanks guys for all your kind comments. I felt a bit on the nervous side about posting up as there are so may talented painters on this site, with all your positive comments I can now feel at ease about posting up more work and maybe commenting on others.

There are just so many nice figures out there at the moment but not enough time to paint them all in my life time. I am now selling off a load of kits in the Market Place part of this forum to help fund some of the other kits I like.

Cheers
