Hello everyone,
this is my project at the moment. Pegaso models 54mm Boiardo. This is the horse so far, my second horse ever. All in acrylics from citadel, vallejo and andrea. All comments are welcome.
Greetings, Stephan

For only your second horse, that's excellent work. The hair effects even in 54mm also greatly adds to the details and appearance.

Lovely work Stephan.

Developing great texture and tones, IMHO. I've never painted a Big Dog, so I'm all eyes on this one.

Cheers, Ski.

One of Pegaso's finest releases and a favorite of mine. You've made an excellent start. Will follow with interest.

Thanks a lot Oda! Totally agree there, these older pegaso kits are gems! The dry fit of this horse was excellent!

Thanks Nap, i leave it as it is. Next i will do the saddle etc and then go on with the rider. As i said before it is a great kit and i really enjoy this one. Thanks for Posting the Box art.

Hello friends,
after finishing some other figures i am now continuing with my boiardo. I painted the pattern on the Coat and did some weathering. The rider is not glued, its just for the pictures. Thanks for looking.
Greetings, Stephan

He certainly is nice, not seen this figure before, it does look great and the paint is very nicely done, will watch with interest.

Cheers Simon

Greetings, Stephan

Good work so far on one of Pegaso's most handsome releases (at least when there WAS actually a company by that name).

Oda.

Very nice work!

I'll be watching this, especially since it's on of my main areas of interest, and I also own this beautiful kit.

Cheers,
Peter
