I am not a fan of the wings. The feathers have obviously been sculpted as a mass. This ignores what wind and movement do to feathers. Instead of a solid slab, a few multi-feathered sections would have worked and allowed the artist to customize the wings. I am sure this will cost slightly less than my daughters college education, and this wing thing is very disappointing.

A spectacular looking figure and doubtless it will be popular given the subject. That said, it will be interesting to see how many of them (irrespective of metal rods in the legs if applicable) are still defying gravity in, say, 5 years+ after being mounted onto a base? That's going to be a weighty lump of metal for those legs to support.

Some of the paint work is excellent some of it not so much, but how much of that is down to the sculpt/casting hard to say as Steve said shame the wings aren't individual feathers or at least dynamically sculpted, I also see the lance doesn't seem to marry up either side of the hand holding it, unless that's the picture angle. If it was reasonably priced I'd be tempted but it's going to be another insanely over priced Pegaso I fear

Since it was me that mentioned the painting first, and I didn't specified what I don't like, I leave my opinion.
The worst is the horse for me, the brown it's a little dull... a White horse would look terrific, with that contrast of red and gold.
The golds are nice yes, but I've seen better, and the leopard skin has a tiger colour - orange and white.
We're going paint it so, we must try to do better!
Steve just spoted the unmarried lance.... a problem one needs to fix.
Someone above mentioned the legs and the possibility of the figure bend with the wheight. Well, is hard to say for sure what may happen, but the tail is also on the ground, beeing another support and most certainly there is a rod from the base of the tail up to the horse body for sure (same as the Roaming Knight). The 3 "support pilars" might well be enough to make the wheight of the figure come down to them, and not bend.

Some valid points above, although I think the painting is still of an excellent quality.
It's a spectacular figure and, given my love of all things Polish, I'll certainly be getting this beauty!

Imposing stuff but as Gary says, that will take some pinning.

As regards the paint job that people have been commenting on, in my opinion it's "merely" very good. As in better than I could do (for one thing I've never yet painted a horse!), but nowhere near in the class of Diego Ruina, Danilo Cartacci or some of the master brushsmiths who post regularly on this hallowed forum.
