you're right, they're too low. looks like his groin area is a little too close to his knees.
 
What's the point in naming the scale and then giving a nominal size? Unless they want to tell us that each of the men was 1.82m or 5'11.6" tall :eek:

I understand your point and it does seem arbitrary. I think the goal is to appeal to the pure figure modeller and the armor/crossover figure modeller who may yet want to display the figure with a 1/35 armor model. To a figure modeller either number would suffice, to the armor modeller only the latter would be important.
