Pegaso's new legionair 75mm

Hi all,

Pegaso recently brought out an attractive 75mm figure of a Roman legionair dressed in the lorica segmentata armour. It is a figure which I like to buy in the near future, but because I read somewhere that is is not historically correct I now have some reservations about it. Is there anyone on the PF who can give me a bit more accurate information concerning this?

Dr Mike at MedRom did a pretty good review. And, indeed, as you point out apparently there were some inconsistencies with the lorica. The link to main site is above. If you hunt the topics a bit, I am sure you'll find it..

But, I love the figure myself and plan to buy and paint soon.

Thanks Keith, I also placed my question on the MedRom-Forum and there to they pointed out some earlier reviews that I apparently overlooked. Looks that I was not thorough enough.

Mike the Kiwi is great for finding all the relevant threads. And if you don't pay Delphi, you can't access stuff over 2 months old without a link; so you wouldn't have found the reviews anyway!
