This period is not what i'd normally paint,so i'm looking for a bit of info regarding his leather jacket.
I normally paint black leather using flesh ochre or naples yellow in oils,but i've noticed that every paint job i've seen of this bust has a blueish highlight.I always like to weather fabrics etc,in my painting but is the bleish tinge on this jacket the only way to go.
So i'm looking for all you WW11 chaps to give me the info.
