Superb transformation. I really like it. Your painting also picks up the great transformation.

I really like this conversion. I don't like the figure from Romeo (personal) but with this conversion it looks awesome.
Did you sculpt the new head yourself, or what head did u use....??

Marc: I used a Historex head, but the helmet is a creation.

The lizard I did it with a little of putty that exceeded, like the
small leather purse that hangs of the belt.
 
Nicely done! Despite its historical origin, yours almost has this fantasy quality about it. Between yours and Paul's, I really have to get this figure; they've got me thinking...
