I have an idea.

Why not choose a figure/bust of one of our PF member.

For exemple, lets all paint the ESSENCE OF A BAT from Luca Piergentili.

By this way, we could help PF member sculptors to win some money if we all order the bust to him :)

What do you think?

I vote for The Luca's ESSENCE OF A BAT !!!!!!!!!!!!

JP

I would definately wishto assist any PF member on this, but my only fear is that many people have tried busts and theyre not easy withthem or they dont want to try . Soif we pick a bust maybe we shorten even more the participation . Just a thought

I agree with Costas on that. I would gladly do a 54mm (even a 75mm will be hard for a lot of people). Just my 2 cents.

Xenofon

I really enjoyed seeing the pictures from the last project and would like to participate, however; funds are a bit of a problem. I have two Seil figures already, so I have to vote for them.

Here are my votes for figures:

Seil Viking (yes, the one with outstretched arms)
Seil Last Crusader
Perhaps a smaller scale (and therefore less expensive)? If you really would like a challenge, there's Thunderbolt Mt. Arthurians at 25mm and only $4.50 for a mounted fig. Just a thought...

Sorry for a late reply. I just noticed this topic today.

Wendy

How about the 32mm Andrea Fantasy figs? Change my third suggestion, please. :)

Obviously, don't feel obligated to choose any figure on my behalf. I will participate if I can...otherwise, I'll still enjoy seeing everyone's work. (y)

Wendy

Hi Guys

Further to my reply in this thread, I would like to put forward these three

1. YARRI by Enigma

2. Crusader Knight in Holy Land, XIII century by Pegaso

3. Colonel of 2nd rgt. "Veliti della Guardia" Naples Kingdom 1814-1815 By Romeo

How about adding in, that anybody who wishes the convert the figure, they can.....

Dave

Nicely done guys. I really hope that this time we will have even more painted figures. I believe that many people saw the first PFP, liked it and prolly participate in this one.
To be honest with you, I can't wait :)

Xenofon

Here is my vote:-

Art. 54-225
Crusader Knight in Holy Land, XIII century

Pretty nice . We definately can get the figure fast and secure through Pegaso online store , or any other store we choose. Let the fun begin guys . Be imaginative and productiveeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

have fun !!!!!!

costas

Ohhh another crusader?? Ohhh boy, these workshop will kill me, hehehehe, I will order my figure as soon as I get paid by the end of the month. Lets see how many people will finish this piece this time.

Xenofon

Count me in, please. I'll order one this weekend and do my best to get it done. Unfortunately, my best wasn't good enough over the summer for PFP1 - I simply didn't have the time, and if I did, I spent it outside. We get about four months of warm weather up here in Canadia, and I hate to spend it in my basement ;)

Count me in. I'll give it a try. I bought the figure last night since I as at Michigan Toy anyway. I just hope I finish in time. I won't start till October, I promise.

Now, where can I read about this figure? What kind of freedom do we have with colors?

Wendy

Hello,

in fact, we're free to paint it the way we want : as on the boxart (it will be difficult to equal master level D.Ruina), or even change some parts or position, sculpt somethings over it......
Just the fun to show lots of differents visions of this figure we all have :)

When i read this again it is not sure that we gonna to paint the Pegaso figure.
It isn't the end of september so there is still time to vote.
I now, it will start at the first of oktober, but then it would be the first of november. We all have time to buy it (some at Euro) and research.

Marc

Well Marc,

with Costas we decided to close the votes earlier....
So everybody could have time to find and buy the pegaso figure before October.
If we had to wait end of September as I wrote earlier, it would surely delay the contest.

Anyway, it seems that votes have been done...

I'm surprised that again a crusader is winner....maybe next time we'll have a completely different historical (or fantasy) period.

Maybe for the 3rdPFP we could start vote like this :

choose between
-Fantasy
-Antiquity
-Medieval
-Rennaissance
-Napoleonic
-Old West
-Modern

and after that first votes, then choose a figure of the wining period....
