Hi ,
For some reason ( maybe because I am "TECHNO THICKIE" !!) when I click on manage attachments its coming up unknown zone and I am just unable to put pics of WIP etc on site ...have I got to open the window and throw my computer out !!!!!!

Any ideas or suggestions as to why this is now happening appreciated

Hi Nap
Are you following the correct procedure for uploading images, take a look at the screen shot below and let me know if this is what you are doing.

1: Click on the paper clip icon to open the browse window

2: Click on the browse button and navigate to the folder where your images are stored on your PC, this can be done several times for multiple images.

3: Once you have selected your images click on the upload button, once uploaded click on the text line “Close this window” at the top of the manage attachment box.

4: Now click on the small down pointing arrow to the right of the paperclip in the menu bar, you can select a picture title to insert into your text.

Hi Nap

Just changed your Message Editor Interface settings so you should now have the toolbar available to you.

Thanks for that I have the toolbar , clicked on the paperclip ....coming up "Error on page" ...ARGHHHHHHHHHHH...walking over to window to open up so I can throw modern technology out !!!!!!!!
