Pindos Mountain 1940

Octomber 24th,1940.Time 03:00. The Ambasator of Italy Mr Gratsi come at the prime Minister’s house Ioannis Metaxas with an ultimatum in hands from the Italy govermment : “today at 06:00 Italian troops must through the Greek Terriory”.
The Greek govermment reject and command deforcement until the end.
Almost 42.000 Italy soldiers opposite 12.000 Greeks(at the beginning) from all over Greece.
The YELL everyware was “AERA”
As Known, we Greeks always say “come and tale”. And after every battle our enemies say “Heroes combat like Greeks”

Thank you for your comments George. Unfortunately my English is terrible like my historical knowledge of the weapons used in 1940 by GREEK Army. There was absolutely no conversion in reinforcing the figure.
