I did some pictures of the flesh tone I've achieved. Still have unfinished eyes and hair need highlighting. The finish is quite glossy. Once I finished the rest of the head I will dullcote it with Tamiya matt varnish.
I consider fleshtone finished. I painted eyes and hair. Little bit here and there and two very thin layers of matte varnish at the end. This is how it looks right now:
Really nice work on the flesh tones! You really did took advantage of the delay
The only thing I believe that could make it even better is a bit more of highlights in the hair areas.

Carl, Fernando - thank you very much. I am really glad you like it.
There was something about the hair I did not like from the begin. Actually it was hard for me to find the right tone for it. I wanted some contrast between flesh and hair. So I ended up with a some red brown color for the hair, which I am still not very pleased with.
Definately will consider adding more lights to it. Just maybe later on. All my attention is around the shirt right now
Keep in mind that, as he have very small hair areas, some highlighting or shading can modify greatly the overall look of the thing. Keep us updated

I took this picture as a referance for myself, but at the end I decided to show to you, so maybe I can get some hints.
I was looking for a cool white when it comes to the shirt. At this stage, I would consider torso finished. I have painted highlights on the arms and still need to apply shadows.
Wow!
Really nice flesh. And a very clean paintjob! The shirt tone is also nice. Keep in mind that the shadows you apply on it will determine the final look.
Really good job!

No, I was talking about the shirt. White is a colour that can easily go to another tone depending of the colours you use for shadowing. Just wanted you to keep that in mind.
