Well done...not much to add(y) . Hopefully, I'll get out to Ajax in a couple of weeks to see it in the flesh. Do you use Printers ink and oils for the bronze? Any chance on a quick run down on your oil mix for the red and bluish edging?

I usually use printers ink for bronze, but in this case I didn't. I used a very simple technique. I polished the surface with a brass bristle brush and applied a mixture of burnt sienna and van dyke brown heavy diluted oil paint. After few minutes, I wiped off the oil excess with the finger creating the highlights. Done.
For the red and green I used Andrea sets (red & green sets) acrylics. I prefer to paint fabrics with acrylic paints. I used oils for the skin.
