A 120 mm kit I recently finished of an "Old Guard" soldier placing a flag in front of Audie Murphy's Grave Marker. After all the flags have been placed, "Flags In" is sent out. I was part of the 3rd Inf. Regt. "The Old Guard" in 1963 and 1964. There have been a lot more flags to install after that!
