Polish Lancer Q

Painting this bust and am wondering if the officers had silver braid on the shoulders along with silver epaulletes (sp).
Various pics off the net seem to show silver but I thought I'd ask the brain trust.
Any help would be brill.

Just finished the very same bust. I painted mine as a trooper with white furniture. I believe the officers furniture is silver cording. Of course that doesn't mean full on metallic... It's still white wool cording but shot through with silver wire.
Have a look at the cap though to make sure everything stays as is.
