We modellers are the first to criticize, but, when deserved, praises should be given.

I´ve had a little problem with one Pegaso Models figure. I wrote a email and was assisted by Mr Pietro Balloni. A few weeks later, the needed part was here, on the other side of the Atlantic, with no costs for me.

I had a similar positive experience with Pegaso earlier this year.

A part from a 90mm figure was broken, I contacted Pegaso about it and within a couple of weeks I had a replacement part free of charge.

Yes, Pegaso stands behind their product. About 2 years ago I bought one of their 90MM knights and the kit was missing the spurs. One email and in about 2 weeks I had the parts in question here in the US. Top notch outfit.

Indeed, great company with solid reputation.

But it does sound like Pegaso can save itself and us some trouble by improving quality control.... Or am I being mean now? ;-)

Likewise - only good experiences with Pegaso. I lost a 90mm Katana sword from one of their 90mm samurais and Luca could not have been more helpful in supplying another F.O.C.
