Great sculpting , especially the facial features , the way the colour is draped is brilliant and with the writing on as well ...on my list for sure .......perhaps someone might put legs on it ...eh Jimbo .

Hopefully this will not be the last from you in Napoleonics ...quite fancy a young drummer boy myself ...in Resin I hasten to add !!!

There's one of these bearskins in the National Army Museum, Chelsea. Even allowing for the passage of time, it is merely a tube covered in (now threadbare) bearskin with a front plate and top plate poorly attached. You wonder what these bearskins looked like on the morning of Waterloo after the night's rainfall. Had they been covered or were they looking bedraggled?

A very nicely executed bust, as is to be expected by a master of the genre.
