My friend Maurizio.......is it possible for you to get better? After viewing this thread, I have to say, without a doubt, YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Each new figure you sculpt is without a doubt, a Masterpiece. This newest edition for Pegaso is certianly no exception. Tell Luca to be expecting my money as he will have it VERY soon.
I'm just speechless for what to say about this figure.

devo dire che sei veramente micidiale, bellissimo pezzo che propio oggi ho avuto modo di apprezzare alla mostra di San Savino (AR).
Complimenti non è il caso di dirlo anche a Danilo, che oggi sempre alla mostra a fatto vedere come si dipinge un volto di un soldatino.

Domande:
Per fare lo scheletro del pezzo usi filo di rame di che Diam?
E' meglio che di quello in acciaio e perchè?
Le mani le modelli a partire da un'anima metallica dito per dito o modellando un unico pezzo di stucco?

For Maui -
I use the thread of brass from 1 mm for two motive
1) because and very easy to fold to give the motion.
2) because for eventual cuts I do not destroy the master and the blades of the hacksaw. ....... in fact the steel is impossible to work.
For the hands .... the accomplishment put into practice in base to the requirement ..... generally I create first the palm of the hand and then I do the all fingers in plaster ...... for the palm of the hand in practice I cover with the plaster the stump of brass that does part of the arm.

Uso il filo di ottone da 1 mm per due motivi
1 perche e molto facile da piegare per dare
il movimento.
2 perchè per eventuali tagli non distruggo il master
e le lame del seghetto........ infatti l'acciaio è impossibile da lavorare.

Per le mani ..... la realizzazione è praticata in base alla esigenza ...... generalmente creo prima il palmo della mano e poi faccio le dita tutte in stucco ....... per il palmo della mano in pratica copro con lo stucco il moncone di ottone che fa parte del braccio.
