Very nice painting Roger. FWIW, some/most of these were sculpted by the great Charles Stadden for Norman Newton Ltd and Tradition, and are very nice indeed when they got the casting crisp.

Hi Roger

That's a sweet looking figure mate. I'd always assumed Tradition of London were pretty rough toy soldiers not well sculpted miniatures. You've done a great job on this figure and made me very curious about giving this range a try. Thanks.

Hi Roger

good painted figure. And I think the figure is it worth. It is not like Pegaso or Andrea as we discussed but a special one.

Thank you all for your kind comments :) On the card that was included it says Designed by Ron Cameron.

The figure is available from http://www.traditionoflondon.com/index.asp?page=Home.asp#

Click on 90mm Model Soldiers on the left hand side of the page. I think the quality of the sculpting varies but there are some good ones, including this chap. Try to look past the standard of painting of the examples shown too.

Thanks again everyone.

Roger
