I am sure you correct when dealing with legit companies such as Chronos, etc but in this case, none of us have had a happy experience. If you check the other related threads, you will see that after extensive periods of time, we all ran out of patience and applied for and received reimbursements from Paypal.

To make some points clear, nobody involved in this sad affair was getting nervous and never in the course of the discussion did it have anything to do with the seller being in Russia, but a scam is a scam whatever nationality involved.In the past I have successfully dealt with the member known as Ogr, without a problem. Then all of a sudden he stops answering mails or providing tracking numbers or better still providing the goods we all paid for. At the same time alarming messages concerning him came up on Russian modelers' fora clearly stating he was considered a cheat. As modelers we are all eager to get the coveted bust or figure we ordered and paid for, but that eager anticipation doesn't turn us into paranoid people, so rest assured, I for one will still order from Russia if something catches my fancy, but not from this person whatever his avatar or callsign might be in the future!!!

Hello I am a collector of Spain, who paid the mark MGM Miniatures, in April 2015, 54 € for the purchase of three of his references and not have sent me, and I returned the money,
nor answer my emails for over two months ago. I do public for anyone to buy them anything they do not comply with their orders.

The pity is that now Paypal will not return my money because I sent the 54 € as a family member to not charge commission and my good intentions I have lost.

In the first post I answered saying to be patient because there was a blockade of the European Union by the war with Ukraine and then they no longer answer me again.

Ultimately are swindlers is a shame because their figures had very good.

Hi Jose,
Sorry you have lost out, I recognise your name as you have purchased from myself. He has let a lot of people down myself included, because there was no sales history with him, I made sure he sent me a paypal invoice which I paid, but did not send it via family or friends. I only do this for people who I know and trust. If his website took payments via paypal then you could have claimed back, a lesson for the future.
