The style reminds me a little of Peipp, especially the face and expression.

What a neat figure. Love that it's a 54 and it gives me a nostalgic feeling in that the face reminds me of some of the old Phoenix pieces.

Good news, a nice figure from the Seven Years War. In fact, they carried the flag cover on their shoulders or at their waist.

With just some minor changes in colors, and maybe some minor modifications to the casting, you could paint him for more than one regiment, too.

Here goes a plate, with the displayed flag of this regiment. The motives and decorations are always the same, for all regiments, they can be golden or silver according to regimental button color. The colors and designs of each regiment flag are very diverse, can be flat, with crosses or flames.
The black eagle in each side looks out of the flag, the "Federicus Rex" (FR) four motives, look to the inside of the flag.
