Hi Fellow Planeteers.
After many false starts I've finally managed to finish my copy of Puss in Boots at rest. Hopefully I have done it justice.
All the very best to you all

Very nicely done indeed. Full of character, I really like the chintzy patterns and the way you handled the leather belt and boots.

Very nice indeed, love the detail between his eyes that all the tabbies have and the damage to the chair, something my cats are good at! I can imagine it was quite a challenge but you've really done it justice.

Cheers Simon

Hi Mel

Great to see your artwork, what a fun piece , what’s not to like , the boots are good ...what did you use ?

Like the work on Puss’s fur and the armchair and the buckle

Well done on perseverance....well worth it

Look forward to seeing more

Have FUN @ the bench

Very nicely done indeed on a really fun piece.

I love this one but unfortunately missed it before it went OOP. My wife absolutely adores cats (we have 4, and truth be told I'm a bit daft about them as well) and I would have loved to have painted it for her.

Ah yes very nice Melanie! Nice to see another piece from Daniele Trovato.

Looks fantastic. Great colour choices all round. Works nicely. The cats fur is brilliant. Lovely colours.
And love the floor!

Nice one :)

Wow, thank you all for the excellent feedback, it makes it all worthwhile.
To answer Nap, the boots are done in oils as is the rest of the figure excepting the metals these are from dark star and AK true metals.

Very funny piece. Great attention to detail: the cat’s stripes pattern, pattern in the chair’s fabric and patches, catchlight, etc.!
