Jason, really great sculpting as usual. Animation is a strong point of yours. Kreston's a great painter, so I'm eager to see the finished piece.

I want to say the Lorenz. But since SOMEONE hasn't built one yet for production, my fella's will be carrying the next best thing...the Enfield.

I've been thinking of converting the Enfield into a Lorenz...I'll practice on one and see how it goes. Shouldn't be that hard, just change the barrel bands.

No my friend I don't own it yet. The image was taken from his site.

We've been pretty busy with our new house. It seems like everything has happened all at once and in such a short time. We sold our old house in August, found this place in September and closed on it two weeks ago. In fact our move-in was the same weekend as Chicago. I really wanted to go but the moving in to our new home was just as exciting. We're still living out of boxes but I've managed to get my "play" room set up and anxious to get back at it.

I'll post pic's soon on the VMI vignette and the finished Vicksburg project.

Great work Jason can't wait to see it painted. It could be me but the canteens seem to be out of scale just a bit, most tin drum canteens were approx 6-6 & half inches in diameter, 2-3 inches wide. Probably the pics though. Great work on one of my favorite subjects. Excellent.
