The Queensland Model Hobbies Expo is to be held over the weekend of 20 & 21 August 2016. To be held at the same venue as last year, The Redbank Collingwood Park Sports Complex, at 235 Smiths Road, Redbank. If using the Ipswich Motorway, take exit 31, and the venue is opposite the shopping center. Entry forms are now available from the website, qmhe.com. Don't forget to come and say G'day at our club stand, Qld Figure Modellers

Just a reminder for the QMHE next weekend, any PF members or lurkers are most welcome please come and say Gday at the Queensland Figure Modelers display . We have the honour of Andy Cairns from NZ at our display and as always he will have some kits to sell. Bases can also be bought from Jim Young our club basemaker, Phil Walden will be on hand to talk about sculpting, Macca G will be up for commission work with the rest of the members taking on the burden of general figure waffle. Also at the show will be Andrew Judson of Specmod who has a great range of figures for sale. Other traders will be Firestorm ( always bargains to be had from Dave), Irresistible Force for a great range of paints and supplies, Ronnels hobbies for most of your reference needs and of course the competition will have enough figures related entries to keep everyone interested.
