Ramon Cabrera, carlist general, " The tiger of the Maestrazgo 1806-1877. El Taller Hobby Art white metal, resin base, 54mm. All painted using acrylics.

Ramon Cabrera was a carlist general who fought against the liberal troops across the Maestrazgo ( the north of the Valencian province of Castellón and the southeast of the Aragonese province of Teruel).

The carlist was a political party that supported the right to the Spanish throne of Carlos V, brother of Fernando VII.

There were three carlist wars during the XIX century in Spain, between liberal right and traditionalist (carlist) right. In the midst of this conflict were also the "Old Law" tradition of the former kingdoms and territories of Spain.

The First Carlist War (1833–1840)
The Second Carlist War (1846–1849)
The Third Carlist War (1872–1876)
