Ravenswood Studios....Old gunny figure

Hey everyone,

Does anyone remember this Ravenswood Studios kit? Called the Old Gunny its of a Marine sitting on some sandbags cleaning his bayonet with a Japanese flag.

I came into one of these kits, but don't have any pictures or painting guides. If anyone has some reference photos of this kit please let me know.

Matt, Looks like you'll need references. Try the following Osprey publication,

Elite Series #59 US Marine Corps 1941-45, By Gordon Rottman and Mike Chappell

Though there are some other WW2 books that show actual uniforms or uniformed reenactors, this is a start.~Gary

i remeber that figure in i think it was either andre koribanics or dennis levy who did it won gold metal at mfca or it might have mike leonard that did it my memory is a little fuzzy .

Thanks for the info. Hans Reuters made the kit sometime ago, I spoke to him at Wonder Fest '05. Jimmy Flintstone produces some of his older kits.
