If it's any help I can add the following;

Draper only released the foot figures under the Elite brand. The figures on horseback remained with Skytrex.
Subsequent to the Draper brand the range was purchased by Soldier Pac who themselves have ceased business. Soldier Pac did release a few variations in the range by swapping headgear and where necessary making detail changes.
