Reaper dark heaven bones - help

Hi guys, I ordered 24 miniatures for D&D and mainly for collecting purpose. I would like to know if Vallejo introduction paint set might be sufficient to paint them, Id like to have nice details, so wonder which specific paints as addition would you recommend, as if ink or if to dry brush the figures...anyone here experience with this set of miniatures? Im a beginner, but still would like to have nice highlits on minis but not exactly sure about paint tools Id need. Thank You all very much for help and wish You nice day
