Has any one had problems with ordering from Red Lancers? I ordered something last week and have seen no confirmation. Sent an email and no response. Should I be worried? Thanks for any help.
James

Chuck was at Euro and will return to work ( hopefully with many goodies ) on Oct 3.

I wouldn't worry! I have ordered from there twice now - both times no confirmation/ email contact but arrived promptly with no problems very quickly. Brilliant shop! Colin

James, you're in good hands ordering from Red Lancer. I've ordered from there many times and Chuck has always been very helpful in resolving any issues I might have. I should add those issues have been a result of the figure company (ie miscasts, missing pieces, etc) not issues with Red Lancer.

From what I recall, there is no confirmation email when the figures are shipped. When there is a major show I would expect a few days delay in the shipping and a delay in responding to email. If you still haven't heard anything in a few days, I'd send another email. But definitely don't worry.

James,
If you are ever in doubt, check his store news link on the home page and he usually lists when he is out. He should be back on Oct. 3

I've dealt with Chuck for 20 years. Here's a personal experience. At MMSI years ago, he allowed me to take one of his figures out of it's box and take it to the other end of the convention area so I could size it up for a base at another dealer's stand. He is one of the most honest, stand up guys in the business. I think it's all about timing (Euro). James, have faith...he will take care of business(y)

Sounds good. Thanks everyone. As for the news page, did that and nothing there. I'm sure all will work out well with all the posative vibes I'm getting. Thanks again.
James

Hi James;

As a fellow Albertan I can assure you Chuck has never made me wait for more than 3 weeks for delivery to our province (I'm in St. Albert, just outside of Edmonton). I read that he was over at Folkstone on some other forums as well, so I'm sure that's the reason for your delay. Breath easy my friend, Chuck will deliver:)

Hi just to put everyone's minds at rest. We talked to Chuck at Euromilitaire last weekend and he said he would be back in the States on the 30th Sept. So give him a couple of days to unpack his bags and he'll be back in service shortly after ....
Cheers,
Celine
