They look great Gordon but I am to flag painting what Jack The Ripper was to seeing a lady safely home at night.

LOL
.I know what you mean Steve. Adam has sculpted the outline of the flags onto the kits which will assist the likes of you and me in that respect.

Hello Folks
I am reliably informed that the 28th Foot was the North and not South Gloucestershire regiment.
Thanks Adam.

The standard pole is supplied as a separate length of brass rod. A hole needs to be drilled into the appropriate place on the base of the resin standard and the brass rod inserted.
A few extra points;
On the officer holding the Kings Colour the officers left hand holding the standard is cast onto the standard and there is a small recess sculpted into the chest of the officer to aid in the correct location of the standard.
The officer holding the Regimental Colour has his left hand cast onto the standard as is his right arm/hand. Again there is a recess sculpted into the chest of the figure making a very positive location and on first inspection no filler required on the joints.
Fine wire is supplied to be twisted for the standard cords.
The supplied cast base measures 50mm x 55mm.

Guess who just received this in the post!
Superb figures, beautifully sculpted.

Geoff
