Replacement Head - Alexander the Great

Hi All,

I have just come into possession of a wonderful mounted 75 mm figure of Alexander the Great by Alexandros Models. HOWEVER I do not like the head - I find it very fake (my opinion).

I am looking for suggestions and ideas on what to do.......

You could replace it with a helmet which i reckon would make it a lot better.

Or just paint is as if it were a silver face helmet? Those helmets also had rather dopey expressions. At least the Roman ones, not sure if they were around during Alex's days.

scale 75 do some 75mm heads, not sure if any of these will suit your purpose.

I knew you would ask that,but you could use another style of greek helmet or does it have to be Alexander's helmet. No doubt he would have many.

Pegaso models has a 75mm alexandros figure, which has that helmet.
However, their figure isn't wearing the helmet on the head.

If it suits you, try to contact Mr. Pietro Balloni or ohter Pegaso Staff, maybe they can hook you up with one.
