After trying several different materials and methods of making molds and resin casting, I've come to the conclusion that I just basically have no skills in this area. SO - Would anybody be willing to make molds and casts of original parts and/or conversions that I make? I'm not really into paying for this or certainly not very much. I suppose this is a pretty naive question, but...whatever.

Any suggestions?

All the best,
Dan

Dan,
Send me a note as to what you want cast and we can talk about it. I'm not really interested in casting figures though I am willing to consider anything interesting. Details are more in line with what I am willing to do because, 1) the amount of material used is usually small, 2) they're of the most general use 3) they’re also generally easier to make molds for as well as castings. Unfortunately there isn't any way around the material costs, but if the items are small the costs aren't usually too great, and not having to make something from scratch over and over would normally make it worth the expense. We can talk about this and the rest once I know what you actually want.

Best Regards,

Ray
