Retreat from Russia

Hi everyone,
I haven’t posted for a while, so this is a bit overdue.
This little diorama depicts some French cavalry stragglers foraging in a small Russian village but being attacked by the local peasantry during the 1812 campaign.
The figures are from Castle miniature beautifully sculpted by Vladimir Danilov, with a little bit of conversion work here and there.
