I got this in the mail the other day! It is a figure that I have been wanting to get for a long time and decided to charge up my credit card a bit. It is a pretty expensive figure at normal retail of approx $90.00, but thanks to Gray at Coloradominiatures these hefty priced pieces can be obtained a bit more affordable at $70.00.

The kit is packaged like all kits from Pegaso in a beautiful sturdy card board box. I really must applaud Pegaso for their new boxes, they are awesome.

This beautiful kit in white metal comes in 15 pieces, and the engineering by the sculptor Andrea Jula (One of my favourite sculptors after seeing him work at Mastercon) is top notch.

I will let the pictures tell the story, I have taken quite a few for you guys to see what the kit really looks like straight from the box and a dry assembly.

This kit will be a true Joy to paint and I am rearing to go! Just some pesky seam lines to clean first, which is a real bummer as if they were non existant I would have already been well on the way in the painting process, aah the tough things in life

Fantastic review for the kit, Anders: this kit just shot up my "want list." The pictures are as perfect as that dry fit!

When you get painting, make sure to keep us posted! (And just out of curiosity, cause I'm in the market, what kind of camera are you using?)

Thanks,

Hey Nancy,

This kit is a GEM. I couldnt belive how easy it went together with just gravity holding it.

I use an old Sony Mavica FD-92 1.6 Mega Picel camera on Macro Mode. My LCD screen busted so I can't really see what I am taking pics of but I have a pretty good feel for it (Thank God!), the camera is worthless for anything else then closeups as I can't see what I am shooting at! Debating wether or not to get a new one, we will see!

Hey Anders,

Thanks for the reply! I've borrowed a friend's Canon 5.0 mega-pixel: it takes great outside shots, but you just can't take close-up pictures of anything. Sigh. I'd keep the old Sony if I were you!

And remember, more pics as you go along, please!! Since I can't get the kit yet, I've got to experience vicariously through you!

Fantastic,
Nancy
