We are proud to announce to all our friends on this forum, the release of our first Figure, a Bust. This bust was presented at Lion 2008 where it won a Gold in the Master Open Fantasy category and again at the Civitavecchia Show. This is a bust that many of you already know since it was already presented by the sculptor Carles Vaquero on Figurinitaly.

4 more Busts are planned and will be available in the course of this year.

The paint is by Davide Decina who dragged us in this adventure from the very beginning of the presentation of this master figure by Carles.

The Busts are molded in Resin by the company Gamma Models of Rome. This company is becoming the leader in resin mould for miniature models.

The box containing the model is in Wood, preferrable over the casual cardboard box.

This Bust like all the future releases will be limited editions of 100 pieces. The figure size is 1/8 scale.

We have decided to produce small quantities in order to produce more models during the year. From an economic point of view its not the best choice but i twill allow us to have great variety producing models from Fantasy/comic to Historical

All our models will only be sold at the RIFLESSI LONTANI shop in Rome or by email: [email protected]
Additionally you will find the models at shows we will attend.

We have chosen to do this in order to cut the distribution costs out and have low prices for our modelers/collectors clients.

Our Bust is about twice the weight of a normal Bust but costs less than the average.

For April we will be releasing:
75mm Roman Figure..
Scale 1/8 Medieval Bust..

More news soon on the forum.

With all due respect, these pictures are way to dark to see all the details of the kit, especially the ( helmet ?? ) he`s holding. I realize super dark pics are the current "style" to display work these days, but I`m not sure it`s helpful when selling kits.

Just IMHO of course.

Excellent sculpt, full of character.

It seems to be a man in an iron mask, but I'm not sure which one?

And limited editions.....interesting. The leader in the market is a good aim, I too will watch how your progress

cheers
