I’m relatively new to the Forum and hope I’ve posted this figure in the right area. This figure was completed seven or eight years ago but I don’t suppose many people will have seen it. My subject matter is fairly eclectic but I do tend to migrate to intricate topics, the sculptor (Laruccia) and the shield particularly attracted me to this piece made by Soldiers. Apologies for the amateurish photography and backdrop (just been swimming).

Thanks very much everyone for your kind comments, I hope to be posting more of my back catalogue soon when I get round to taking some photos. Samurai, renaissance, 18th century French and Napoleonics. My limited patience doesn’t allow me to concentrate on any one period for too long.
