It has been two weeks that I finished this figure. I show to you the process of realization. Your comments are always welcome to enable me to see the faults so that to correct them on my next figures. Thank you in advance

Well, I start to cleaned the figure and assembled the parts which not obstruct me for painting

Next, I paint the armour and the face

I put a strong shades

Excellent work Bruno. I have this figure and I am going to paint it in the next future. I am very impressed with your way of painting the flesh. I never painted legs and I am afraid about the way of solve the muscles with lights and shadows. Did you have any advice for help me in doing that?

Rafa

Thank you rafa. My painting for the skin is as follows with acrylic colors Vallejo (Prince Auguste in French).
Base: 927 (60%) + 909 (20%) + 921 (20%)
I make then the shadows: base + 984. Three times with a little more than 984 each time.
Ligths : : base + 928. Four times with more and more of 928
The painting is more thin down.To keep it a maximum of time usable (at least 10 hours), I use the "The palette humide", that I learned of a training course of 3 days painting with Jérémie Bonamant.
The percentages are given as an indication, and I write the numbers of paintings, because I do not know the English or Spanish names, with by the 909 (bermellon?) ;) .

Sambaman and Guy : thank you very much

Bruno, tres bien mon ami, you have done a wonderful job, I especially like the way you painted the shield.

Keep up the good work.

Aurevoir
Roc. :)

Garyjd, the shield took me a while and patience... but in the final, Im' satisfy. For the skinned knee, the sculpture is to make a success, that the paintbrush work alone  ,
Roc, mon ami, merci beaucoup,
Christos, many thanks.

Judging from the pics you did a great job!
Could you tell me a bit about the powder you use for dirting the figure?
