Hi Folks

This is another piece that I have near completion. Roman Signifer Bust from Bonaparte miniatures. It was a real joy to paint. I started this last year and only recently completed it. All painted in Acrylic’s.
Just a few minor details to finish.

This is for a private collector and will be going off to its new home in the USA very soon.

Still struggling with the photos!

Cheers

Tommi

Nicely done, Tommi(y) Can anyone tell me who the sculptor is for Bonaparte? I've painted a couple over the years and they definitely have a 'neo-classic' look when it comes to the features of face and hair. Very distinctive

Hi Paul
Bonapartes sculptor for this particular bust is Richard Bailey (British) he's sculpted many for Bonapartes over the years, He's got a very distinctive style & I like a lot of his work especially these neo-classic looking sculpts, it's a cracker eh!
Cheers
