Thought I'd let you see how he's coming along (Pegaso's big Crusader is driving me crazy so took a break)
Had to prop him up for a few pics.
I think my painting is slowly improving, yahoo!!

Thanks guys, you're all so encouraging!
Forgot to add I'm using acrylics and printers' inks...no oils on this one as I want to see how well I do without 'cheating' with my oil paints

Hi Mary the washes on the Phalerae have worked really well and give great definition to the decoration.

Very good work on the metallic. All the details are coming out.
I know what you mean about a figure is driving you crazy. Have that at the moment myself.
Stripped it down and start all over again.
But that make's all the fun
