Good Morning Gentlemen and thank all fo rthe participation in the public Workshop .

Painted in acrylics , oils and printers inks

Base is "based" on an old resin kit of a door and a wall.

I rescribbed totally and damaged the door, and cover the wall with epoxy putty and add texture with a toothbrush, the lionhead plague the additions on the front place as the torch holder and the lamp and its holder, and also the door handle complex as well as the door holdings on the rear part pf the door on the wall .

The impaled head is part of Romeo's scenery for their last Anglo Saxon Warrior. I hope you like it

Here is my version

Costas Rodopoulos aka "Major Goose" :)

As usual painted with oil.
There is no black color tube at all on this figure. Only mixed colors (burnt sienna + prussian blue) to simulate black color.....

My version is supposed to represent Godfrey of Boullion, first Latin King of Jerusalem. I got the colour scheme from a Medeival manuscript depicting the fall of Jerusalem to the Crusaders in 1099 A.D. This project was a lot of fun, and a great idea. So tell me Costas, what's next? :)

P.S. The part of our hobby I like the least is doing groundwork. Can you tell?

Wow fellas - amazing selection of work and so cool to see som many variants on this great sculpt. He is lurking in my army too but due to an injury couldnt get involved in this build - you have me enthused now though! Especially like your treatment of the blacks Dana and your groundwork rocks as usual Costa!

Hi,

dont you think that we should do a good link on the main page about the FunPaintingPeople?

And let's make it being more organised now. So we could start new figure suggestion for the 2nd FunPainting.....

Dont you fancy a regular FunPainting? Let's say for every 4 months?
That means 3 figures painted every year....
