Very good start on the flesh tones, but I must say I think the color of the eyes is too bluish, light tone, for a japanese. What you think Konstantin?

Edorta - just You see,I have painted them in dark brown,as it's normal for japanese but, I deem, I've put two much highlights on top...maybe will do something with this.

Hi Konstantin, Great start!

Talking about eyes, You took a right tone for base color. (dark brown)
Orange brown-ish highlighting will work I think.
