Those morons have lost a parcel of mine after nearly 2 weeks of lying, wriggling and generally crappy service including over an hour on the phone (Naturally it's not a free phone number) they finally admit to "losing" it i.e. it's been tealeafed by some thieving %*&$ at the P.O. Just to add insult to injury I now have to go back to the seller ask for another and in a shameless bit of buck passing the seller has to claim it back off them :grumpy: I've never met such useless drones in all my life.

Steve

Sickening........my wife does all the complaining phone calls........I don't have the patience and end up going mental particularly when being stonewalled.
Hope you get a result at the seller end.
Cheers
Derek

It's embarrassing Del having to ask somebody to be inconvenienced for the Royal Mails screw up, good job for them it's a largely captive audience they have else they'd be losing out hand over fist

Steve

Mind you it's not just here I've had quite a few items go missing and been 'damaged' opened by Deutsche Post over the years.
To such an extent the family only now send cards and leave the presents until we visit each other.

Sorry to hear about parcel problem Steve, ive been there! forget the' sign for' parcel crap, theres some Robbing B******D working for
Royal Mail! and they know it! :shifty: @ Del, would that also be Tin Flat figures from Germany? ive been lucky on that score, Now Parcels from Russia dont get me started on that!!.... Gerry.

I had a parcel go missing a few weeks ago, goods bought from a very reputable ebay shop who couldn't have been more helpful and who sent out replacement goods FOC, even though I firmly believe they did send the original order..........Turns out that in the same week someone else from the same town had a parcel "Vanish" from the post office. He involved the police as it was two model locomotives at around £600 value.
Strange that both parcels went missing from the local sorting office and both were modelling related. :censored:
As you say though Steve, it's embarrassing having to go cap in hand to the seller.

Richard.

I recently mailed a kit to a buyer who never recieved it. Luckily, Id insured it, so a replacement was sent. The relacement landed fine, but original still hasnt turned up, but at least I got the cash back! It would have been less hassle to take it myself!

i.e. it's been tealeafed by some thieving %*&$ at the P.O

You mean they steal from you at the P.O.... I cannot believe this , next you will be telling me that M.P`s have been lying to me all my life, I dont think I can handle all this truth :woot::arghh:

There was a P.O worker in Leicester who was finally caught after many years of stealing from the sorting office, he would go into work half an hour before everyone else, boss`s thought he was a great worker, in reality by the time he was caught he had stolen over £40,000 worth of parcels.

Steve

The latest cunning plan was to place the "something for you" card inside a load of junk mail :grumpy: Fortunately Ron (the sender) happened to mention I should have one so I checked the stuff I was about pitch out class service again the tossers
Steve

For the most RM has been good to me, the postie is decent enough and all mt parcels get sent to the sorting office. The only gripe I have is the International orders now seem to take an age within Europe. Ordered an item from Spain and it got to the holding depot on 16th of May and wasn't released till the 28th. 17 days from Spain when you count in first posting to my house.
