Hi planeteers. With this work I finished 2011 and began 2012. It is a commission work. Though it is not a work for my showcase, I enjoyed very much painting it and I did it with real affection.

Painted with acrylic, airbrush and tbrush. I hope you like it. More pics on my blog http://pepa-saavedra.blogspot.com/2012/01/royal-navy-captain-1806.html

If you have some question, I will answer you with pleasure (y)

Kisses: Pepa.

Hola Senõra Saavedra!

Awesome rendition of this classic bust pepa.
Wich pallete did you used to blue and gold colors?
Many thanks in advance.:)

Un saludo de Portugal,
Pedro Sousa, with S!;)(y)

Thanks a lot for all your kind words. I´m very pleased you have liked.

@ Pedro Sousa, i have used a mixture of dark prussian blue, black camouflage brown and black. Highlight: base+ prussian blue + flat skintone + pale sand. Sahdows: black. Both the highlights and shadows, with very diluted painting. I hope it is useful for you :)

@ magicmerts, i will try anyway.....I am very hardhead

Again, thanks

Kisses
