If I'm posting at this time of night (1 am-ish Toronto time) that means I have probably taken my "nighttime comfort meds" for my knee... always causes me to mix up my bedtime stories. :wacky:

Cheers

Thanks very much Joe. Since switching to oils it's pretty much been a learning process. I'm beginning to get the hang of it now but there's still plenty to learn.

Cheers keith, every new day reveals something I'm not happy with or I feel needs some refinement.

Roger

Hello Roger, this really is a beautilul piece of work, Idon't know how you do it so fast, it takes me all my time to work out what to do,let alone how to do it! It's funny that you talk about the learning process of switching to oils,I haven't yet dared to try acrylics.
Best wishes, Gary.

Hi All,
I had the pleasure to see this along with other pieces of Roger's work at our club meet on Friday night and I can tell you the photo's don't do it justice, it is an exquisite piece of painting and really make the the piece pop out. The detail, subtlety and vibrancy in the brushwork is top notch.

Keep up the great work mate.(y)
cheers
Richie
